2. Hosting & Reseller Services

All services provided by Arvex Hosting may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arvex Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages you or any other party.

• Reseller accounts are fully responsible for the content and actions of their sub-clients.
• Resource usage must remain within the assigned limits of your specific package.
• Automated daily backups are provided as a courtesy; users are advised to maintain local copies of their critical data.

3. Payments & Renewals

All services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) depending on your selection during checkout. Invoices are generated prior to the due date. Failure to renew services before the expiration date may result in suspension or permanent termination of the hosting account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Violation of system or network security is prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting malware, phishing scripts, or malicious software.
• Running unsolicited bulk emails (Spam).
• Consuming excessive server resources that degrade performance for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arvex Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
